Another amazing year is over, and everyone contributed to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere full of scientific discussions and the joy of sharing a good time together.

We learned about ICH harmonization around biosimilars from both regulatory and industry perspectives, explored the foundations of an armamentarium useful for development and clinical guidance (e.g. PBPK, PBBM, drug interactions and PPI interaction modeling), and touched on the first tricky parts of ICH M13A use with alpha adjustment for sensitivity analysis of repeated studies. We addressed partial AUCs and their implications for use and began working with the newly released ICH M13B guideline. Finally, we extensively covered the LALA topic, speaking about topicals with a detailed overview of IVRT and IVPT methodology, and explored the development and regulatory world of ophthalmics and intranasals with available in vitro and in vivo methodologies and clinical studies.

Simply, the BioBridges Conference is a place for ALL who are curious, willing to share, and eager to explore new, scientifically driven and regulatory-compliant drug development.
